Good Afternoon,

I am a new Stallion owner. After many years of riding Harleys the arthritis in my hands threatened to end my riding career of about 59 years. Thanks to the Stallion and the steering wheel a feel "good to go" for several more. I welcome any advise anyone has to offer to a new Stallion owner.

Thanks much,

John

Welcome and congratulations. I too had a problem with my right hand and could no longer twist a throttle. I tore the ligament off that holds my thumb on. After 48 years on two wheels, I sold my Goldwing and bought the Stallion. I love it and I'm not going back. They have a few challenges, but all you have to do is ask a question here and there are always people that will chime in and help. Rick

I'll chime in as well and welcome you to our forum. We all have our stories as the why we ended up with a Stallion. Mine was having a stroke that affected my right side. The important thing with me, as I trust with many others, is that I didn't give up but looked for a way to assume keeping my love and passion for riding and the freedom, or should I say "threedom" it instills, active in my life. God Bless! Ride Safe!

John, you could not have found a better group to help you in your journey! Just search through all of the past Stallion threads and posts, and you will find the answer to all of your questions, and to maybe some of your ideas. And if you can't just throw it out to the group, one of us will come up with the answer ;) So for now like as Forrest Gump's mom should have said "Ride John, ride"

Welcome aboard. We are few but we stand strong together. Ask away we are going to keep the Stallion alive.
