Just posting as instructed. I live in Rio Rancho, NM. My wife and I are avid riders, having done so for over 50 years. Most years average 20,000 to 24,000 miles. Wife was hit while riding her motorcycle in Colorado 15 months ago. Crushed her lower leg and messed up her hip and back (2 fractures) She is still having problems riding 2 wheels, so we bought her a 2015 Harley Tri Glide with 1,200 miles on it. We both love it although we are keeping our BMWs. It is a whole new experience for us... and a very positive one. We are very happy with our purchase. And we have enjoyed meeting and talking with other Trike owners.

Now I need to find out how to "free it up" with air filter box, headers/pipes and mapping.

If you're mechanically inclined, you'd be by far money ahead to go with DK Customs for your stage I. They are a sponsor here on the site.
