Hi all and thank you for allowing me entrance to your forum. My name is Tom, I'm from Long Island, NY 73 yrs old and go by the handle my grandkids gave me "Papabean519". Been riding MC most of my life and have a '99 HD Road King which I simply love - unfortunately time has come whereby I have come to the realization (with help from wife & kids ~ they call me "Tommy Tumbles") that it's time to either put training wheels on my King or give up riding; neither of which appeals to me. So to make a long story short, my son will get the Road King & I am looking at getting a Spyder RT Limited.

Been doing lot of research and am pretty impressed with what I've found. Being a Harley-Man thought about a Trike but way out of my pension ballpark also am a little leary of them; being a many year member of the Blue Knights, I've seen quite a few guys flip them and watched first hand how unsteady they can become - would take my King over a Trike anytime. Anyway looking forward to being part of your community, thanks again for having me. "Tommy Tumbles" a.k.a. Papabean519

Welcome to the forum from Western Pennsylvania stop by often and check in with us. We'll I'm sure you are firm about stability however I have found ours to be a very stable and dependable ride. We can push two wheelers t h rough most turns if so minded . Congratulations on staying in the wind regardless of what you're riding. Travel safe Fred

Welcome from Maine!!

Shop around for your Spyder, may also want to look at the Can-Am F3 Limited, The thing that sold me on the F3 was that I feel like I'm sitting "in" the bike rather than "on" the bike. I didn't like the high riding position.
