Hi,
Long time rider here, time to get off of 2 and onto 3 for a bunch of reasons (age related). I split time between western NY (Buf area) and Sebastian FL. So far I have only tried out a freewheeler. There seems to be a lot more trikes in FL than in NY so I will probably buy when I get down there in October.
One route I am considering is to trike a late model sportster 1200 custom. I am sure I will have lots of questions but for now I am reading over all the great threads here.

Welcome aboard. If you decide to buy a new HD TRI or Freewheeler in Florida go see my friend Tony the sale manager at Space Coast HD in PalmBay Fl. Let him know I sent you ( Gorilla from Triketalk out of Key Largo Fl) and he will give you a great deal. They are a true volume dealer.

Welcome from West Point, if I lived in Buffalo, would definitely be snow birding it. Good luck in the hunt.

Welcome to the group, glad to have you aboard. You will find out trikes are great and will wonder why it took you so long to get on three.ThumbUp

Thanks very much for the welcomes and replies.
Clint I have not seen that kit - thanks.
Gorilla - really appreciate it. Space coast would be my go to dealer

New guy here!

I have a custom 1973 VW powered trike I have been restoring/rebuilding for a few years now. I don't know anything about the company who made the body for it. I do know my father and uncle built it for my mother. I have never seen another body like it! Picture to come as soon as I figure out how to post them from my phone!

Welcome from Illinois. I don't know own if you would be interested, but I have a trike for sale. It's listed in the classified section, it's a 2003 Suzuki Vl800. Whatever you decide, ride safe and enjoy every mile.
