I want to take a moment to introduce myself. I live in Kamiah, ID with my wife and we have my mom and dad living with us. The trike in the photo started as a 2006 H-D Ultra Classic which belonged to me. My dad who at the time was in his mid 70's wanted to ride but I did not want him on two wheels due to his age and his lack of m/c riding skills. So we bought the DFT kit, Champion Reverse and the Champion 6 degree trees. I bought a lift and stripped the rear of the bike out and we installed the trike. Thinking back it was not really that hard to do but that lift was a God sent. My dad has since not been able to ride so I took it over so it was not sold. I really don't need a trike as yet but it is nice to ride. I plan on putting a set of forward controls on the bike and I think a 117 or a 120 ci engine. I have to do a lot more research on the engine. Later I plan on putting in a Baker 6-speed tranny. I have to laugh as this is a long ways from the Big Dog K-9 I was wanting to buy.

WELCOME to TRIKE TALK......Ya' don't "need" a Trike to start ridin' one. After I started ridin' mine a lot, I "prefer" it over my 2-Wheelers......ThumbUp
