Homophones : Italian land line ( used in a sentence) as I have a cell phone but this is my Homophone number call me there !

My biggest pet peeve, spelling and proper use of homophones.

If I wanted to write "New here" I would have "WROTE", "NEW HERE", If I must spell it out for the slow than I will,"I'm new here,do you hear",which translates into "new hear"

What peeves me is when people become judgmental and condescending when "nothing" was misspelled" (spell-check does not apply),when a word is used in a different context!
