Hello from Colorado! Name here is Tim and I just bought a 2014 Tri Glide with 13,000 miles on it for $17,000. Young lady inherited it from her dad who passed last year and she wanted it to go to a good home where it would get ridden and taken care of, and not get sold for a profit (flipped). Anyway, bike has basically sat since May 2021. Paint is decent (black in color) but definitely needs a detail and good buff-job. I used to be a car detailer so that is not an issue. Already plan on doing oil, plugs, coolant, brake pads all around and tires. Bike runs good and test drove well. The parking brake catch needs cleaning as it doesn't catch all the time. And I am going to update the infotainment system software. Bike has a new battery and a trickle charger. I have ridden bikes my entire adult life. Anything else I need to be aware of? I know they handle and turn differently and I have a bit of a learning curve there. It needs new tires. What tires should I run front and back? I am NOT HD brand specific because the local stealer wants $900 for 3 tires. That's almost as much as for my full sized truck. Anyway, I look forward to hearing from people. Be safe and keep the rubber-side down!
Tim
