Aloha. Mahalo for the welcome. I am originally from NY and have ridden 2 wheels in the past. However since I was about 16 I always wanted a trike. Things happen and I never got one. Now in my retirement on Maui I decided it was the perfect time to make my dream come true. Glad to have this group as a knowledge resource.

Beautiful country on Maui, great memories riding the road to Hana and ([FONT=&quot]'Ohe'o Gulch) 7 sacred pools. Went from sunny and warm to torrential [/FONT][FONT=Proxima Nova, Arial, sans-serif]downpour in a few minutes. Soaked but happy! Continued around and up to Haleakala.

Welcome from Texas. Beautiful place, Hawaii. Stationed there (Navy Air) back in the late 60's, early 70's. Great place live if you don't mind the confinement, horrible place to visit. The dependency on tourism has to be taking a huge toll on everyone there right now. My thoughts are with you all.
