Never Wet

Rustoleum has a new product {at least to me} called Never Wet. Claims to be fine with almost all outdoor surfaces including Leather. Anyone thought of or used this product on the seat etc? If it works as advertised it would seem to be a great solution to extended rides where rain will always be an issue. Thoughts?

Got my interest. Got to go to town to pick some up.
My step son will have a new pair of shoes filthy in a day. Maybe this will help. Oh,he will not clean em. He just wants a new pair.

MY advice would be to NOT spend your money on this. I watched the video and thought it was awesome so ran out and bought some last year. I sprayed a brand new pair of work boots and motorcycle boots.....TURNED THEM BOTH A MILKY WHITE. My brand new boots looked worse then the old boots I had replaced.

Also sprayed my 1/2 bike cover. You couldn't see it go on the cover but when it dried it felt like 240 grit sandpaper.

I contacted Rustoleum and they promised to send me a refund...that was over a year ago and about 5 emails and phone calls.......still no refund!!

From now on I'm just going to use my silicone spray.

My opinion, throwing good money after a product that will definitely not meet your expectations, and maybe ruin the item you want to protect.
