You can use my guide to safety of neighborhood, by checking Windshield Washer fluid at Service Stations:
1. Nice clean fluid, nice squeegee, good neighborhood. Relax.
2. Dirty fluid, good squeegee, good neighborhood, stay aware.
3. No fluid, OK squeegee. Borderline neighborhood, be careful.
4. No fluid, no squeegee, Gas and go!
5. No fluid, no squeegee, graffiti, You are in a bad neighborhood. Don't stick around. If there is a payphone that has the receiver ripped off leave quickly.
