Need help adding receiver hitch to Lehman trike

Hello All

I have a 94 1500 Wing with a Commander 2 Lehman trike and I want to add a receiver hitch. it has this little piece of channel with holes in it mounted under the body but I can't imagine that is for installing a receiver. If you have put a receiver hitch on a Lehman I would greatly appreciate any info you can share
