My Interesting Weekend

I trailered the trike to Cedar Hill, TX (about 20 miles south of Dallas) this weekend to attend my Safety Training Course. There were only 3 of us taking the trike course, all women and all riding very different trikes.

One lady had a CamAm Spider, I had my Suzuki, and the other lady had the strangest little trike, a CT250. I'd not ever seen one of those.

This was Advantage Motorcycle Training, and our instructor was a man named Jim Kelley. He was absolutely fantastic. Great sense of humor, very knowledgeable and didn't yell much. ;) Actually he didn't yell at all even though he probably felt like it a time or two. :gah:

WE all passed the course with flying colors. I scored 98 on the written and 93 on the driving (riding?) part. :woohoo: The weather was perfect, beautiful clear sunshine, little wind and temps in the 70s. Next step - DMV!

Can you tell I'm excited? :Excited:

As of 8:35 this morning I am now legal. Passed the test with 1 miss. Yea!

Thanks everybody for all the encouragement, I really appreciate it!!!

Woo-hoooooooo, Misty!!! :wtg:

Now get set for LOTS of interesting weekends as you get out on the road with your Suzuki. Let us know how it goes!

HOOOOOOOO RAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaY

Now, go out there and ride that thing like you stole it! There has to be a zillion greasy spoons with high fat, high sodium, high calorie food just waiting for a biker chick to sample. Every weekend go a little farther into no-mans land looking for a great case of indignation. Wife and I have had more fun since we got the motorcycles, now the trikes. Lots of great people to meet, places to go!

ENJOY
