I trailered the trike to Cedar Hill, TX (about 20 miles south of Dallas) this weekend to attend my Safety Training Course. There were only 3 of us taking the trike course, all women and all riding very different trikes.
One lady had a CamAm Spider, I had my Suzuki, and the other lady had the strangest little trike, a CT250. I'd not ever seen one of those.
This was Advantage Motorcycle Training, and our instructor was a man named Jim Kelley. He was absolutely fantastic. Great sense of humor, very knowledgeable and didn't yell much.
Actually he didn't yell at all even though he probably felt like it a time or two. :gah:
WE all passed the course with flying colors. I scored 98 on the written and 93 on the driving (riding?) part. :woohoo: The weather was perfect, beautiful clear sunshine, little wind and temps in the 70s. Next step - DMV!
Can you tell I'm excited? :Excited:
