Weather finally cooperated and I was able to make the high speed (days, not mph) to Kerrville ... :D

Two days to get there ... one day there ... and two days to get back ... 2350 miles round trip ... no more of this stuff ... LOL ... getting too old.

So ... the trip wasn't the present ... this was:

So how nuts do you have to be to drive 2350 miles for some BBQ????

Mileage shouldn't even be in the equation for a guy to get good BBQ. :D

Looks like the "giver" can read the "givies" mind for the right 2 gifts!

Congrats!

If you can't give yourself good gifts ... who will ... :D

You should have picked one of these up while you were in Texas.

I concur ... there are more important things than sleep, $$$$ ... :D

A Happy belated Birthday to you Alan! BBQ and an awesome looking trailer!

And you aren't crazy to drive any distance for good BBQ. My local riding group Rides to Eat & Eats to Ride! And it usually is BBQ!

Wow Alan! She is really growing up! Good looking little girl! I always liked Jack Russels. The guy that used to shoe our horses had one. Fun little guy!

Alan, You have now answered the mystery of your snow-delayed trip posted in another thread (he he he he). Presents we buy for ourselves are perfect. They are always exactly what we want. Congratulations and Happy Birthday..... Jim
