MPG

2016 twin cam liquid cooled 75 MPH highway 29 MPG. Besides slowing down can anything be done to increase MPG?

At 75 mph not really....A trike cuts through the air like the proverbial brick outhouse..

Milage talk is like asking the price of a new Cadillac if you have to ask you cannt afford

to have it so get on and ride it and have fun doing it.:blush: BIG DENNY

Some of us ride a lot, and have a lot of fun doing it, but MPG can definitely come into play on trips, especially in less populated areas!

Below is a thread of just one of our trips where MPG came into play. :)

Re-reading this thread, Bring's back memoirs of my Old Man, God rest his Soul.

When the gage read empty he would say, Don't worry you can go another hundred miles before you run out...And God did bless him, He only ran out twice and both times on my driveway, So guess who had to run out to a gas station with a five gal tank , And then pour a cup of gas in the Carb to prime it.....:D.....

And he taught me well, I have never run out of gas with any of my Tri's but more than once i have put in over 5.9 gallons in, And once when i knew i was going to ride over 80 miles before i stopped again i topped it off with as much gas as i could , 6.2 Gallons .... :afraid:
