Gas MPG:-(

And of those 149,999,900. Were drug related but they left that part out. just sayin... Fred

Wife's 2011 Tri-Glide got about 32 mpg stock. Did the fuel moto thing, stage 1, new head pipe and their Jackpot mufflers with the Power Vision after about 1500 miles. Then it went to about 28 mpg. Got to be a hassle trying to keep up with her mileage and me on another bike. Wasn't worth the arguing that followed. I don't think she gets the tank full the same every time. But she did stop bitching about her leg being on fire. And yes, she has a load even on overnight trips. Can't even haul my tool roll or a jacket without a fuss. Don't mater much anyway after about 150 miles we stop and drink water and fuel back up.

The new 2019 Tri-Glide I got back in September only has 1100 miles on it. Got it in Florida, broke in on the way home and a few trips to east Tennessee before it got "cold". Never have ridden it two up except with her on back going to the grocery and that kind of stuff in Florida, same with her Tri. We don't ride two up. We each have our own. Anyway I have not done a real MPG calculation on it, just kinda seat of the pants and the new trusty infotainment deal which says 45 MPG. Not saying I believe that. But the speedo on hers and mine are nuts on with mile marker to mile marker and speed wise talking over the Sena set up.

My new one does have the RoadGlide fairing on it but I don't think that's making that big of a difference. I can say though when we stop I put in a gallon or more less fuel than she does, again maybe it's how she fuels it up. I'm just watching to make sure she gets gas in it not diesel or kerosene and yes that has happened. Middle of Louisiana one time she got about a gallon of kerosene in hers. Took me a few minutes to figure out what the hell she had done after about 100 miles and the trike starting to get hot as crap. Luckily we were on the interstate and I had another set of plugs and premium gas close by to thin it out.
