Motor Trike Differential Fluid Change and drive shaft lube.

I just purchased a 2005 Honda VTX1800 with a Motor Trike conversion. The seller knew nothing about the conversion so I want to do whatever maintenance I can ASAP. Oil change and air filter done. I'd like to change the differential fluid but can't locate a filler plug. Also, I'd like to grease the universal joints on the drive shaft...but no fittings. I'm about 200 miles from the nearest Motor Trike dealer. Can anyone talk me through this?

Hey Captain,
I have a Roadsmith model (so I'm no expert with Motor Trike), BUT on my drive shaft I DO HAVE two grease zirks, that I grease up once/twice a season.... I jack up the rear of my trike )BE SURE TO EITHER PLACE A BOARD IN FRONT OF YOUR FRONT TIRE OR PLACE A WIRE TIE ON YOUR FRONT BRAKE LEVER first before jacking up the rear end... then crawl under the bike spin the rear wheels, and look for the grease jirks.. I pump one or two times..
