Metzler ME 888 for Trike front wheel

Was wondering if anyone out there in the Trike world is running a Metzler ME 888 130/70-18

on the front of a GL1800. If so I'd like some opinions.

I have been running a Metz on my wifes 1300 for 6000 mi and it looks like new. I know the 1300 isn't as heavy but hope this helps.

Do you know there is a trike specific radial front tire by Avon.
There's a ten page, thus far, thread on this forum about this tire. Just don't pay much attention to the negative threads about a radial on the front of a trike as this is not the typical radial we're used to!
