Got an email today saying I should secure my membership in trike talk as I never posted anything before. Don't know where they were looking but I have posted before. Anyway here is my post to secure my membership.

Been a member for years, but I have been away. The missus was diagnosed with cancer bout Thanksgiving, so I been pre-occupied to say the least. All is fine now, but more medical crap to deal with. She is going in tomorrow for a "Spinal Stimulator Implant". She was slated for this months ago, but it all went on "hold" due to the cancer. Poor girl has been living with excruciating knee pain during this whole cancer deal. Pray for us, we are going down in flames over here. jimsjinx

You guys will notice that it emailed the earliest members only before I could stop it. And dang that was the last folks I would have wanted that email going to!! I flubbed up and caught it as quick as I could...SORRY.

Shoot Zook, if that was all I had to gripe about, I'd be in heaven! Don't fret one bit! We are lucky to have you devoting so much to our forums, you are entitled to stab a wrong button every now and again! Thanks to all for the sweet and kind words/thoughts. I am a soft hearted person, and I think it's killing me to see my bride suffer so much in such a short time. This all came out of the blue. Also, we had a "catastrophic" cancer policy, and the SOB's told us it don't pay unless the cancer metastasized. Can you believe it?

One has to have a death sentance before they pay a dime! We may lose everything, but by God at least she is still here! Pray real hard, if ya would that this contraption relieves her pain. The pain pills don't work anymore, so we are desperate for this thing to work. Sad part now is, if it works, they gotta take it out in a few days, and schedule one to be implanted. Could you imagine getting relief from a 4 year stretch of pain, and then have to take it away and go back to hurting? Man what a drag. jimsjinx

how exactly do I start a post other then replying to this post?

Try going to the forum "home page" (Ex: General Discussion - Trike Talk Forum ) and in the upper left select "New Thread". Hope this helps.

If you go to the subject you want to put it in, when you click on it,in the upper left it says NEW THREAD . Click it , put in new title and post. BTW it is not that you never posted, it is that you have not posted THIS YEAR YET !

You are always welcome to reply to an existing thread.....and Welcome to TrikeTalk!
This should help you in the future:

• Click on FORUM in the heading area to open the forum index
• Select the best topic heading for your post from the index list, and click on it to open a long list of existing threads.
• Click on NEW THREAD at the top left of that long list
• Fill out the empty boxes with a brief title and then your comments/questions
• Click on SUBMIT at the bottom of your screen, and you are done!
