Well I've been lurking for quite awhile really meaning to post but just never got around to it. Hey, I'm a professional procrastanator and I take my job seriously. So anyway here is my first post. I'm a very happy owner of a 09 Can Am Spyder RS that I bought in October of 2010 and after some very extensive customization rolled it out of the dealer on 04/23/11. I will insert some photos when I get home in the morning. I'm considering coming to the Eureka Springs Rally in June. I'm liking the fact that it is a Monday-Wednesday rally!

Welcome, Gargoyle. Now that your not lurking any more, we'll be waiting to see those pictures. Two of our friends each have Can Am's and love 'em. We are "Wing folks" and our son is a 2 wheel H.D. guy. Brand doesn't matter as long as you've got your "knees in the breeze" and are having a good time. <img src="images/smilies/wave4.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Wave4" class="inlineimg" />

As promised, some photos...

My Spyder started out as

7 days later it looked like this

and came out like this

LOOKS GOOD! You should put a gargoyle graphic on the hood<img src="images/smilies/thumbup.gif" border="0" alt="" title="ThumbUp" class="inlineimg" /><img src="images/smilies/grin.gif" border="0" alt="" title="big grin" class="inlineimg" /><img src="images/smilies/wave4.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Wave4" class="inlineimg" />poof

Welcome Gargoyle. I've been expecting you. That's right. I've learned from Monty Python to always expect the etc, etc, etc.bozo

Welcome Gargoyle, from s/w Ga. Mchenry huh? I hauled many of rocks out of Meyers gravel pit at the west end of town when I lived up there. So I am very familiar with the area.

Welcome Gargoyle! Glad you joined us.If you make it to THE RALLY you will have fun I promise.Great folks and great riding. RIDE SAFE

Welcome to TT from Anderson, in the Ozarks of Missouri, 30 iles south of Joplin.
Nice work on the Spyder! Would love to see it come June in Eureka Springs.

My goodness, we're glad you're back!

First off. There isn't anything wrong with those "backwards trikes". Just saying. A nurse of mine here at the Veteran's Hospital in Amarillo has had about three of them, and just keeps improving her ride each time. She must weigh about 90 pounds or so, and she's about 5 foot ZER0. But that don't make no nevermind, because she can rreally push that trike!

Welcome to the forum and happy, safe riding!

FEB 13 THAT'S before I joined oh well

I would hope that the people who are responding to the OP....Study the questions and time line that are on most ballot's better than they do with the first post on this Thread..

Just thinking out loud.....:D.

Bob, I am wondering why there has been an influx of new posts to some very old threads all of a suddenly?
