Leveling kit effect on Panhard Rod adjustment

I have some concern about how the lift kit will affect the adjustment of the panhard rod assy. It appears to me that if you raise the frame in relation to the axle the length of the rod will also have to be adjusted. Does anybody have any ideas as to what effect the lift kit will have on the adjustment of the panhard rod assembly?

Hey Hog, with all that WET weather up in WA you probably need to raise your Trike SEVERAL inches..........Keep it dry, Pete
P.S.I ordered mine Friday.

I put the lift brackets -tGLIDESTUFF.com [Dennis] on my 11t/g about a year ago.

And if i ever have to get another T/G, The first thing i would get for it,

Is Dennis's Lift Brackets.ThumbUp

The lift kit has no effect on the panhard. I checked this when I installed the lifts on wifes TG. I first had the box off ( I was doing other things also)and went thru the panhard adj according the service manual, I then installed the lifts and checked the panhard adj.again, it was still right on.

Last Saturday I saw the post about the Shock Lift Brackets and checked out
the TGLIDESTUFF web site and was impressed enough to immediately order a set. They came Wednesday & I had them installed that day. I asked the mechanic for feedback on quality and fitment and he replied that everything was in adjustment and appeared to be stronger than stock. He was impressed with the change in handling in the corners and wanted info to pass along to others. I'm hoping to take a long test ride to satisfy myself.

You can't go wrong with the lift kit. It really does help in the corners & helps keep mufflers from dragging. Anything Dennis makes is a must to have. You know it is made right, no matter what it is.

I think you need to recheck the torque on the front axle because of the shift in weight. This could effect the tide tables of the coast you are located on, check with NASA. The hydrolic infedius will be out of level also. Oldmsocko are you talking about Dennis or me. ;-) Jerry

Jerry,
I think you must have went through a sand storm at the beach.
How you been?

Doing great hope luck is with you. Not a lot of fishing season left for me anyway. Commercial fishing is not as fun as it used to be. I see you are still fielding crazy questions about the lift brackets. :) Guys must get under there and study for hours to come up with some of this. Hope everyone on the forum is doing well, I hope to get to ride some now that summer is over. I did notice that Screwball's trike is still running cool and you have a new product with the Wiz. Look forward to some time on the forum. Heading to West Virginia Thursday for a few days of 4wheeling, Have a new RZR. Thanks, Jerry
