I have a custom made right side mechanical shifter that was removed from my trike prior to it's sale. The mechanism was custom machined out of stainless steel, the shaft runs on needle bearings and bolts to the two top trans to engine bolts. This unit is 100% complete, reliable and shifts like butter. The unit installs in about an hour schematics and installation instructions are available.
