Led lights on a Stallion

I was just watching videos YouTube and came across a Goldwing parade in Wooster OH and saw a quick glimpse of a really nice glowing Stallion. If anyone have any info on the owner I would love to contact them. Check it out

same here I have been trying to find out what year and model to replace my tail light with LED's also would like to see the link if possible

guess what I should have asked is where the lights were ( front / side or rear or if they were strobes )
