Late nighters---unite!!!

Got some rain tonight. It'll be a wet ride home. Oh well, at least I won't melt.

Looked at the weather ahead...in the low 60s today for a high. Only in the upper 50s for a high on Thursday!! The weather is reverting!!

Good am,
rain here all week. Got a car show on sat. First of the year, to be partly cloudy. Hope it holds out, starting to grow mold under me. No not there!

The first thing I'll need to do when it stops raining is mow the grass. I keep it at 5 inches and now it must nearing 8 or more. Grass catcher time when I get some sunshine.

Its never gonna stop raining.....But Still got a long ways to go to break the record of 40 Days and 40 Nights....

It's cold, but I rode in tonight. Actually it wasn't really bad at all (50*), but in the morning it's suppose to be in the upper 30s. I brought an extra jacket just for the occasion. :D

Na, More like being in Tacoma Wa....I Wasted 10 years in Tacoma.... 'One year.....[65]

I know how you feel. I lost ten years of my life during the six months I was married to my first wife.:AGGHH:

Slow night here on the old thread. Two more months and this thread will be a year old (provided that people keep coming here to chat).

In other news: the horn bracket came in yesterday, so in the next day or so, I'll be hauling my butt up there for them to put it on. Whilst I'm there, I'm going to have them explain why they didn't follow the fairly simple directions for putting on my Ward's fans. That's one I think I could've done myself had I really looked at the directions. The only part I would've had a problem with was putting on the thermostat and hooking it up correctly.

Good am, to do it right and put a use-don't use switch on the inner fairing , the outer firings got to be removed. Also makes for a neater install. JMO

Are you talking about adding a push button switch like next to your fog light switch?

If so, I've done that. I don't have the thermostat switch on it at all. I run them all the time. If the bike is running, so are the fans. If I want to turn them off, I can hit the dashboard push-button switch instead of the toggle switch on the fans.

Dumb ass tech still should have installed the spacers on the horn though. He actually threw them away, plus one of the clips that go on the horn cover.

Other than all that, how's life treatin' ya?

I hate to see clutter on the dash. All my switches are hidden under the cig lighter area.

Feel ok, rain again today, no rain yesterday just cloudy. Got the yard weeds leveled, and cleaned up the 37 for the first of the year car show on sat.

??

The blanks for the switches were already there, I just had them install a real push button switch where the fake one was.

See them to the left and right of the ignition switch? That's what I'm talking about.

Persute lights, intercom boom system, cruse control, and accessory. Only 4

Aha...thanks for telling me.

My cruise is on the handlebar switches. So is intercom. I had 5 blanks, but of course had to buy a 'kit' to make the blanks live. The only live one on it originally was the fog lights.

Just another way for MOCO to take your money. Their revenue income on accessories and clothes is greater than bike purchases.

The auto industry is doing the same. Been noticing that electrical and some suspension parts are avail from dealer only due to patents and secret ingredients that make them work. Can't blame them, gota survive some how.

The glasses on the dog in your avatar makes him/her look intelligent.

Is that true?

that was kinda the idea,"always thinkin"
she's the Dazy, rescue dog of 14 yrs. smart in her own way but very stubborn . Got another one , of 13yrs. Weighs only 6 lbs. She always was a box of rocks in inteligents. Also sne is Cole black and the poor thing gets kicked around at night. Can't see her. Name is the black olive.

We have a Dinky and a Darby. Dink is a Yorkie, Darb is a Yorkie-Poodle mix. He is black as well, and just like you said, gets kicked around at night (poor guy). Both are coming up on their 13th birthdays. Dinky in June, Darby in September. Dink is a little more spry than Darby though.

I believe that. I've spent a fortune on t-shirts alone. :D

When I rode a Harley back in 2003-06,t-shirts were $15 at most Harley dealers and I had a heckuva collection from many different dealers. Now that they are $30+ at most dealers,I've only bought a few. In fact,I have more TrikeTalk shirts than H-D.

Back in the saddle again.

In the 50s, but I road anyhow. That's how much I love to ride. It's going to cost me in the morning, as it'll be in the low 40s, but I brought an extra jacket to wear over my normal one.

Except for a few (as in 2 or 3), my shirts all come off of the clearance rack and I only paid $15-$20. The only ones that I can remember that I bought not from the clearance rack was at other dealerships when they didn't have store specific shirts in my size.

And tonight it....s....l....o....w.... Nobody out there at all. I guess other people have had better things to do with their Friday night than come to Trike Talk. Hard to believe, ain't it?
