Late nighters---unite!!!

They are both Robins, Scott.

Couldn't tell at that angle. Looked more like a starling to me than anything. We had robins two years in a row that nested right outside our front door in the porch awning. It was an adventure going outside if mama was home.

Yeah, they get very protective before and after the eggs hatch. They crap all over the place, but I can't bring myself to destroy their nests until the babies are big enough to fend for themselves.

You're a good man.

I've seen people put rubber owls out to keep critters away. Don't know if it would work for Robins.

Thanks Bill, I'll give that a try next year. Not sure why they picked my place. I'm the only light colored brick in the area and been wondering if that has anything to do with their choosing.

Hi Scott. How are things this morning?

Going well, thanks. How are you?

We were the same way. We let them stay until the nest was empty.

Pretty well. We've been working on the RV getting ready for the season. I had to replace the windshield washer pump motor. Only had one clearance light out this time. Usually two or three.

How is yours coming along?

Waiting on a box and label from the hitch manufacturer to send it back. Other than that, we're ready to go.

I'm going to hit the sack. My wife got the hairy idea early yesterday morning that she wanted her office downstairs moved to where a bedroom was upstairs and the bedroom where her office had been. Anything to keep me busy I guess. When she asked me to move everything I told her to twitch her nose. She did and I met myself going up and downstairs all day.

Next week (or possibly later this morning) she'll probably decide she wants everything back the way it was previously.:gah:

Have a good morning. I think I might just be able to crawl up the steps one more time and totally crash.

Good night, Terry. Good luck with the moving. Hopefully she'll be satisfied the first time out. My wife has a bunch of honey-dos for me on my weekend. Not looking forward to it.

I told her if she didn't she was would have to hire movers and she said if I want to eat I'd have to hire a chef. Seems I can't ever win with her. :D

I think she is satisfied though. :clapping:

If you have a honey-do list then give her a me-too list. You do one thing on her list then she does one on your list. I'd be willing to bet the honey-do list gets smaller and smaller.:D:pepper::cxtv:

It would get smaller for certain and in ways I'm not willing to gamble. :D

Me and two buddies were in a bar a couple of weeks ago boasting about the amount of control they have over their wives . One said my wife never says no to me, the second one says my wife always says yes to me. After a while because I didn't say anything they asked about me and the control I have over my wife. I said I suppose I'll tell you. Just the other night my wife came to me on her hands and knees. They were amazed. and asked what happened then. I said she told to get out from under the bed and fight like a man.

Learned this from Charlie Sheen; your reaction from her action to be the answer of: "Yes Dear, I Understand"

I'll probably cut things short tonight. Had the computer unplugged for awhile during some thunder storms, and another line is coming through later.

Glad I drove the van to class tonight. Coming back, 10 miles from home the bottom dropped out.
Would have been a great ride going up.

Well, looks like work made me miss you. I was counting thugs when you posted. If still out there give me a holler, and I'll pay attention this time.

It's been rainy all week in my neck of the woods. I'm past due for some warmth and sunshine. Getting tired of all the 50 or 100 mile shorties and ready for at least a full day of riding.

I'm going to drift off very soon also. Hope the morning moves swiftly for you Scott.

Thanks. Quiet nights are GUUD nights.

Yeah, it's still quiet outside. I'll be gone at the first crack of thunder.
I'm still here of course...always here.

Next quarter I'm on what's called 'truck relief'. Same nights off but, I'll be working 2 nights in one perimeter truck, 2 nights in the other truck, and one night in a unit. With the exception of one night a week, I'll get a break from working around the 'clients'. Never really wanted that before, but this time I feel like I need it.

I'm a little Skeered of computers and lightning. I lost a computer, printer and DSL modem a few years back. Now, I just unplug if I'm home.

I hope it goes well. Does that start in July? Any internet access on the trucks?

June 12th. Incidentally that's the one year anniversary of getting the trike. And yeah, I take my phone, use it as a hotspot, and run my ipad off that. I could use my phone to view the internet, but the ipad is just easier.

Tell me about the Hot Spot. My phone has that capability, but I've never tried it.
It uses your data time and not your phone minutes, correct?

Yes. But be careful to see if you're set up to be able to use it as a hotspot. I have limited data and am allowed to use it. I could go to unlimited data, but at that point I would have to pay for any used data when set up as a hotspot.

We pay for 30 gigs of data a month. Way more than we use with 3 phones. We'd have to stream a lot of videos and stuff to go over. I'm talking HOURS of vids. Michele almost put us over once by streaming Netflix while at her office, but she was streaming 4 to 5 hours a day for that month!!

I'll have to check on it.
Streaming 4 to 5 hours a day? She works about as hard as you do.:Angel:
