Kuryakyn rear light bars

Thanks Skeet for the thread ,,but in the Kuryakyn catlog they say they plug in and was wondering if they plug inti the wireing harness of the tour pac luggage rack light or is there some other place to plug into

They plug in under the seat. There is a connector that is unpluged and Kuryakyn connector pugs into it and then the other end plugs into it. The Kuryakyn lights come with a male and female connector so it can be plugged in series with the Harley connectors. It is very easy to install. I installed them on my trike. With them there is a lot more light in the rear. You can download the Kury installation directions, from their website, so you can see what you have to do.

Her are they way they look. Hope this helps and I like mine. They work with the turn signals and the brake lights. Maybe not the best photo but I tried. ThumbUp
do any holes have to be drilled?? or do the wires run under the tour pac??

Holes have to be drilled. One hole behind the lights to run wiring inside the trunk, then route the wires to the front of the trunk and drill two more holes to run the wires into the area under the seat. You have to take the trunk liner out as the wires run under it. They give you a small tube of silicone to put into the holes. You can download the installation instructions from the Kury website.
