I recently had a situation with my Stallion that required it be taken back to their plant for repairs. I cannot say enough of how pleased I am of JD, Richard, and the people that worked on my trike. Every aspect of my experience working with them exceeded my expectation. I personally experienced, while back in Troupe, TX, that customer service is certainly their number one concern. Motor Trike/Thoroughbred, are truly a first-rate organization.

Having had our Stallion at TBMS on 2 separate occassion, We can also affirm that customer service is Number 1.. Jeff Vey and the entire staff , Nick, JD, Richard and everyone helped in anyway possible.. They do stand behind their motorcycles....
 
TMS always takes care of their customers and usually better than you expected !!! I've also been to the factory twice and had a couple of minor issued resolved and both times they [TMS] did a couple of minor updates that only makes you feel better about the company !!!
