While at Bike Week I purchased a set of Passenger floorboard covers for my FLRT. Before I got home I noticed the chrome was peeling from one of them. Shot J&P Cycles an e-mail with pictures. New ones are on the way. Kudos to J&P. :D

That's good. it's nice to Praise a company and as everyone knows it's easy to Slam a company. Praise for doing whats right is Great. ThumbUp
 
They didn't even ask for a copy of my receipt. Saw the pictures. That was all they needed.
New one is already in the mail.... "Thank you for the pictures. I looked at them with a couple of our technicians and we agree that it's a lousy chrome job, it looks like there was a bubble possibly and then when you used them the bubble popped. I'm arranging a replacement set to be sent out to you at no charge. "
