Is this a good deal?

I found a 2008 Goldwing with a Motor Trike conversion, has Aqua Shields, chrome rear bumper, all the options except CB radio, less than 2,000 miles on it and no dings, dents or scratches, for $28,900. The guy wants full price for it, but is willing to take my old trike (Goldwing CSC) in trade and will give me $400 more than I paid for it. Plus he will wire in my GPS mount, wire in the trailer electrical connection and install lifters for the passenger, all at no extra charge. Does this sound like a good deal, or am I getting taken?<br />

What is the downside to the Aqua Shields? Looks like pretty low clearance, but what else?

If you need to put your feet down you will find your legs are too short to reach the ground. Not easy with a trailer

One good thing about aqua shields, when it rains your feet don't get wet.
If you have clearance of about 4 inches from the bottom, you're good.
Don't know what a trailer has to do with anything. ??? Go down the road.
I would say go for it. Sounds like a deal

</div>Hi If you are happy with it then it's a good deal. Very fair price on the 08 GW. Sounds like you can not get hurt on that deal.

I have the aqua shields on mine. Only got about 5500 miles so far but haven't found a downside yet. Sounds like a good price to me.
