Assuming you don't want a wire between the helmets, the best of the wireless lot (IMHO) performance and value are the BlueAnt units. They are as good as the high end units without the cost.

my preference is the J & M 2003-D it works perfect all the time and also can run a mp-3 or a satilite radio through it .
