Intercom problem

We have been having a problem with the wife's intercom when we get caught in the rain. Crackles, pops and squeels making it unusable ...after it dries out it works fine. Dealer has traced all the wiring and says there is no problem with the wiring or connections.

I was wondering if some dielectic grease would help or hurt the situation?

Any input from all the electrical guru's would be appreciated.

That is an easy fix. Let her turn the hose on you.
