NO INTERCOM?

2014 tri glide. I can hear the radio playing through the front and rear headsets but no intercom if you talk? The headsets i have are #77147-98a. They are 7 pin. Am i missing something on the set up or are headsets wrong?

Welcome- did you turn the intercom on and, also turn the vol up. You should also consider using the vox feature so the mic is voice activated.
