Identity Crisis

Can anyone help me identify the mfg of this trike conversion. It's for sale in my area, and the owner doesn't know as he bought it a few years ago as it is now.
The wing is a 1995 1500 and he believes the conversion was installed in '02 or '03. Can't tell from the pic if it has a trunk area.
Would like some info about final drive and parts availability in the future. Other than these questions, it appears to be a very nice trike. I haven't been able yet to make the 150 mile trip to look at it, but unless someone knows something bad about this type of unit, I will be going in the next few days.

I do not know, but I think the wheels are California Side Car.

I think it is a trike shop Ultimate trike The Trike Shop ::: GL1500
That is the closes thing I have see to it. Removing the wheels don't look to easy
