Everyday I get up & have my coffee. Then its starts. I think about getting on my Harley and takin off for a ride! Its been 7 yrs now without one :(. But now its time to get my a** back on some leather. I look and read everything I can get my hands on about TRIKES!. HOG Tail. Biker mags. Everytime I hear a bike go by the house I jump up to look. But I have to sell my Hot Rod 1st. Not making any $$ being retired.

Might even have to get a part time job to make it come true! I sold my 70 Chevelle last fall. There was my down payment on a New one. But instead we bought a winter home in an RV resort in Surprise, AZ. So now I have one car left. My 2006 SS Monte Carlo. If I can sell it. Then I'll have some ca$h to put down on one New or other wise. Had to get that off my chest for a while. THANKS for letting me rant on here ThumbUp

Well hope things work out for Rollin Thunder. It wood be great for you to get back in the saddle. Ride safe when you get it. :wave4:

It's a good thing to have a dream and a plan. Put the plan into action and follow your dream. Good luck and best wishes... "Where there's a will, there's a way". ThumbUp

I know how you feel, Rollin Thunder. Before I bought my first Harley, I was always craning my neck to see what just went past...I knew I had to do something about it when I was becoming distracted during church on Sunday mornings.

Save up that money and get yourself out on the road ASAP!!!

I am sorry you had to sell your Chevelle. Back in the 70's, I had a '71 SS with a 396 and cowl induction. Traded it in '74 for a '70 Challenger with a 440. Saw a Chevelle exactly like mine at Barrett Jackson auction..It could have been mine it was so similar, and it went for $78K...I paid $3,100 for it back then. Oy.....
