The first place I go every day, actually several times a day is the 'New Posts' button on the top left side of the Forum Page, under the Activity button. This shows me the latest posts in all forums and makes catching up on the latest easier for me. Does anyone else use the 'New Posts' button? If not, how do you navigate the forum?

That is exactly how I do it. Look to the top right to see if I have any "Notifications" then over to the far left for "New Posts".

I will use this method if I am already logged on to the site but have not viewed the forums over the past several hours.ThumbUp

Otherwise, if I am just booting the computer up and logging on to the forum website first thing in the morning, I will look for any "Notifications" then start to review each Forum that I am actively participating.

After reviewing and responding to any forums that I have participated, I will then go to the "New Posts" tab.
Here I can review any remaining new posts that did not get read after my initial forum reviews.ThumbUp

You're old? I guess I'm so old that I never even noticed the new posts button until this thread. I just try to remember where I left off whenever I go into one of the sub-forums. Knowing about that button will save some time.

As others have said, right after I check for notifications, I press the 'new posts' button. I probably push it at least a hundred times per 8 hour shift.

Doesn't change things very often on midnights.

At least we get to watch you talk to yourself Scott, which is pretty entertaining. ;)

Am I really the only one who starts with "Activity"??
Hmmm....Looks like it!;) If I open the site cold (usually at work), the default seems to be the News page. I check the Notifications, hit Forums, then New Posts.

At home I never log out, (I've been told that's OK) I hit New Posts to refresh the list. On the off chance I turned off the machine, wiped the cache, deleted browsing history and cookies or the thing updated, I follow the procedure on the above paragraph.

I check the "new post" first and then sometimes check out individual section if I'm just sitting around looking for something special.

I use the New post button every time I log on Zook, very handy as I tend to read just about everything.
