HI Folks, my name's John & my wifes name is Pat, we also have a little Jack russell dog named Scrumpy. We have a 2000 Harley Davidson Road King Classic which we have owned for 9-1/2 years, it still has the original battery fitted. We had it triked 2 years ago by Trike Design in South Wales, we had independant rear suspension, E type Jaguar type rear wheels, reverse gear, also the front end was raked with a Dutch kit made by a firm called E.L.M.
Before it was triked we had ridden the Harley Through Spain, Portugal, France and Holland. Looking forward to talking to like minded people.

Kind regards,
John (Trikerman)

Hello John, and welcome to you and Pat and Scrumpy (that's a perfect name for a Jack Russell!!!!!). You'll soon have a lot of new friends on here :).

We have several active members from the UK. The Wolf and Papajoe are in Scotland, and Gareth323 is in England. There are also a few others who's names escape me right now; but I hope you can meet up with them sometime for a ride.

Welcome John, from the Colorado Rockies.
I have a warm spot in my heart for England. My Mom is English, and I have lots of relatives there. I also lived there for nearly seven years when my father was stationed there in the airforce. Haven't been back in quite a while, but hope to some day. If you know of a pub called The Brown Jug, it was owned by my great grandfather, Bill Hollingsworth. I know its still around but I hear a lot of the old pubs are closing. It's such a shame to see some of that old heritage disappear.
Ride safe.........

Thanks very much for the warm welcome, Here is a picture of myself , Pat and Scrumpy on our Trike, since this picture was taken I've had a 33 inch brown Buckskin bag made for the rear.

John.

Hello Trikerman from Livingston Scotland. Good to see some more Brits on here.
Like the ride. But don't like the noise;):p
Happy Triking.
Look out and about for the yellow goldwing trike, there are only 3 in the Uk.

That is a great looking ride . I love the way they show off the rear swing arms. Nice job who does that kind of work? Is it a kit or a one of a kind?

Welcome from South West Missouri, Hew Hess of A!
Really do like the trike - nice design and looks to be a quality piece of work.

That is one (of the many) things I like about trikes - the variety. Went to a BTW Trike-In this summer, and the range of trikes was amazing. Everything from Stallions, Motorcycle conversions, factory V-8's & VW's to homebuilts, some that were astounding in thier engineering and workmanship, some I didn't want to be within 20 feet when they fired them up. All were interesting in their own way.

Again, nice ride, and welcome!

Hi John, Pat and Scrumpy

Welcome to the site - I'm new on here also and have already met some pretty great people. I live and ride in Preston so if you're ever venturing north of Stoke then give me a shout at gareth323@hotmail.com

I ride a 2001 Electraglide with a Champion kit - I couldn't afford to get someone else to build it for me so I did it myself and thoroughly enjoyed doing it. Just got back from the USA yesterday with a set of new wheels (Thanks Nana) so gonna make it look even prettier.

Unfortunately don't have a dog but a guinea pig called Rat - will that do

Regards
