Hi from Tarpon Springs, Fl.

My dad just turned 80, and decided he just had to have a trike so we could ride togeather. That was great till he showed up at my door with an 86 GL1200 with a MotorTrike conversion. It looked great on the out side, But my mechanical skills have been put to the test getting everything back up to good operating standards...Wish me luck

Hang in there that 1200 is a good bike and most likely still has a lot of life left in her. Most of them just need some TLC.

Ask about any specific problems you run accross there are some great engineers and mechanics here on the board.

Have fun riding with your Dad, make a great memory.:GL1800:
