Hi, I'm a new face around here. Just joined a month or so. I'm in process of building something different. I haven't been able to find ANY links on this site!
I'm building a VW forward motor trike. The ring & pinon have been rotated so there are 4 speeds in reverse, then you turn the whole drive train around & you have a VW forward motor trike with 4 gears forward. Easy. Any other crazy builders around here? I've included a couple pics of my style trike!

Edited!12/16/13 Sorry for the confusion! These trikes are NOT my builds! I'm in the process of building one. So far I have the drive train almost complete. I LOVE the dual rear axle trike, just a little beyond my ability at this time.

Hello Empty mag and welcome to the website from the U.P. of Michigan. I have had thoughts of doing the same thing with a Gold Wing. Great work if you can do that with a VW, then just about anything else should be a breeze.
