Hello.
Been a while but have a few questions. On a V8 trike should you go posi...limited slip or open axles on the rear end? Ive heard so many different things im completely lost. Ive been told it affects the turning on the rear tire but non posi sounds so boring...lol

Also....anyone running cooling thru the frame? Just curious as to if its a good idea? Tnx all. RR

Have run an open diff on my v8 with no worries. Couple times wish I had a locking diff but a push from a buddy got me going. My friend builds v8 trikes as a business and he runs the coolant through the frame. Says it won't rust as long as you run antifreeze with rust inhibitors.

hi rrunner
I would say your friend is correct but the corrosion protection is sacrificial in most cases corrosion protection is low 1 year - 2 at most- I read that it attaches to oxygen molecules and soon are spent, gone or in low concentration,,, guess that's why they say to change antifreeze every 2 years:D
where is mr wizard when we need him???:xzqxz:
ps I would use limiter slip if I could it never hurt me having one!!
