Been through a majority of the threads and have not found one that answers my question about replacing the helmet speakers that came with the Trike. I am currently playing both the CB and stereo from the fairing speakers. I can hear them fine even at highway speeds, but usually forget to turn down the volume when we stop so I wind up blasting everyone away. I'd like to get something to replace the tinny sounding speakers that I now have. They are the newer Boom version, but they still sound pretty lousy.

On another note, this forum has given me a ton of really useful information not to mention plenty of laughs. Thanks to everyone that contributes and I look forward to meeting a lot of you in Eureka Springs in June!!

We started out with Air Rider helmet speakers, sounded good for voice but I found them a little lacking on bass for music. Wife is OK with the sound. When one of the speakers in my helmet started to get a crackle I went with J&M Elite series, which I found a lot more balanced. Good for music and still good for voice. I also have heard very good things about Edsets, but haven't any experience with them. A riding buddy has a set and loves them, he says the sound is better then the Air Rider of the J&M he has had. He wears earplugs under his helmet with any headset he has had.
