Hello folks. I was a former member for a few years but sold my bike. I was known as Greydog here at the time but forgot my sign in particulars so I joined under my real name. I am in the process of purchasing a 2008 GL 1800 Roadsmith build and will be leaving Saturday morning for Southern Illinois to pick it up and ride back to West Virginia. I have owned 3 Harley trikes but I just really like the Goldwing platform better. All that horsepower and no where near the heat!! Happy to be back on the forum and look forward to being back in the saddle again at 75 years young!!

Thank You!!!

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I got the trike home Sunday after a little 500 mile ride. I'm impressed with the comfort and power of the Goldwing. My other 3 trikes were Harleys, one 2008 Ultra Classic/Champion, one 2013 Heritage Softail Classic/Frankenstein and one 2013 TriGlide. All nice rides but I like the Goldwing/Roadsmith better.

I really love happy stories. Thanks for posting, now some pictures would be really nice.
