Welcome to TT, Scrappy... Possibly the best way to find answers to your questions is to simply ask away. Among our members, you'll find many that are very knowledgeable and anxious to help. Making the decision to going to a trike can be a bit difficult for some, but for others, it can be rather easy, particularly when ones age is an issue. For me, my motorcycling (two wheeling) came to an abrupt end when I had a stroke. My last motorcycle was a '02 Gold Wing. Now I own a 2009 Stallion trike and loving it. Again, welcome aboard!!

Hello Scrappy, Welcome to the Forum where you will find a lot of friendly and knowledgeable folks willing to help wherever possible. I, like pmar6004, had a stroke that affected my balance and thus a Trike was the answer. I once read that a Trike is 80% safer than two wheelers due to the fact "dropping" them is not an outcome any longer. Good Luck with your decision and check out some of the threads that actually address many of the questions you may have....
