Hello, Tim here from PA. Nice to meet you all. Just bought a 2025 HD Trike about 3 weeks ago. Just trying to get use to the new riding style from "leaning" to the "push pull method". if anyone has upgraded the stereo system on this year trike or similar, id sure like to know what yas all installed. the current system is ok for now, but does lack a lot for my ears...lol.

Welcome to TrikeTalk Tim! Glad you're here. And congrats on your new 2025 trike. With a little practice, you will be enjoying the ride. I am not sure on upgrades and with it being so new, not sure if anyone has done upgrades to theirs yet. One of the most common upgrades I have seen on older ones is adding an amplifier and better speakers.

Welcome to the best Trike forum!!
I’m also from “Pennsyltucky” on the west side, and about 40 miles north of Pittsburgh.

I believe in 2025, the infotainment system is still pretty much the same as previous years since 2014.
The Soundstream Reserve V2 is absolutely an awesome radio and you may want to take a good look at those. Many great features!!
The entire radio area is 100% usable screen!
I did mine earlier in the year and only regret was not doing it sooner!!
You can do just a radio swap for now…., or you can add an amp and upgrade speakers too, - or at a later time.

If you are near western PA, I can recommend my local audio Indy… but if not, I would recommend reaching out to Volunteer Audio if you don’t have a local motorcycle audio installer near you.

The trike does have a learning curve but easy to catch on!
There’s also many things to do to improve it too!
Take a look on this forum and you’ll see many things you can do to it!

First things first!!! Enjoy the new Trike and can dial in some improvements once you get used to it.
We’re all here to help!

Enjoy!!

thats a very nice unit. i was looking at them but decided to keep the factory head unit for now till they come down in price a bit. for now I am installing a Memphis 600 watt, 6 channel amp with plug and play wiring from Memphis, 6 new Infinity Kappa Perfects and the lower fairing pods..hopefully it will sound ok for now.

Welcome - enjoy your new trike. I am certain you will love it.

Before you replace/upgrade the rado, just listen to it for a while. You might discover that all is fine.

As an example, lots of folks move to the wireless headsets. Once that happens, all of the money invested in speakers may seem to not be worth it.
