I may be going from old biker to new triker. After 30 years on two wheels I am considering buying a trike. I'm looking forward to doing my research into the various models by reading what you folks have to say. I have owned 3 Goldwings and 2 Harleys.

Welcome to Trike-Talk.ThumbUp You know once to get a Trike, Your going to wonder why you didn't do it sooner...

Welcome from about a 2 hour trip east on I-64!!

I went to 3 to be able to take my special needs daughter for rides. It's more fun than a barrel of monkeys! I love my Tri Glide.

Welcome from east Tennessee. A lot of us went from two to three wheels because of physical reasons. I had no real physical reason myself but did mange to let my Venture tip over a couple of times. I really liked the look of trikes and so Hannah and I made the decision to have it "Hanniganed" (smile). Scared the living bejeepers outta me for a couple of days but over the next week or 10 days I learned how it worked, determined that it was not going to go flying sideways in curves and was just (to us at least) even more fun than two wheels. The only thing I miss is "swooping" on long straights! I currently have a GL1800 trike that we really like. I was a 2-wheeler since 1958 till about 2012 and it did take a few days to "unlearn" and "relearn" all those years of riding on two wheels. But once I did, I sure wish I had done it a couple of decades sooner! If you go Three, post us some photos and happy triking.
