Hello everyone, I live in Boise with my wife & 3 Chihuahua's. I built a VW trike with my son about 5 yrs ago but was always unhappy with the power of the VW even though it was a 2054 stroker. I sold the trike about 2 years ago & have now decided to build a new trike. I purchased a frame & frontend from a guy here locally and am just starting to build a motor for it. I have decided to use a Dodge 440 with a 727 automatic. I will be posting pictures for anyon who may be interested. I am sure I will have lots of questions for you all as the build progresses. I don't know how to insert pictures yet or I would post pictures of the frame & frontend.

Welcome to the board Tom! It looks like you are off to a good start. That frame looks to be able to hold any kind of power plant you want to put on it. Lotsa work ahead. Good Luck, and keep those pics coming.

Welcome Tbakko. Looks like you have room for a big enough engine to jump the Snake River Canyon (passed by you in '09. Last of the lower 48 states to ride through).
