hello everyone

I am new to the forum. A few years back I had to sell my 06 Ultra that I completely tore down, rebuilt, customizing the whole bike. at 33 I was diagnosed with Arthritis and have struggled with it ever since.

recently I started thinking maybe its time to start doing some things to try to get my mind off of constant pain and sore joints. I am thinking very hard about getting a trike. I have been looking at this forum for a while and all the nice posts from everyone are helping me get closer to pulling the trigger.

I will continue looking at all the trikes and what others have done and maybe it will come to fruition soon than later!

I hope to get some great ideas from this site and from all of you!!

Welcome to the forum, I'm new here as well. After reading your intro I thought I'd share why I bought a trike. I bought a new 2014 Ultra Limited this year and after 81 miles on it I made the switch to a trike and love it. Every ride on the Ultra resulted in sore joints, but after switching to 3 wheels I'm looking for excuses to ride.

Make the switch, you'll be glad you did.

I have an arthritic type Autoimmune disease that forced me to go to a trike in 2009. I was only 48 at the time. Turned out to be one of the smartest moves I made...
