Just registered to join the group. I live in Bixby, OK, with my husband, Jeff. After 6 years of riding on 2 wheels I recently traded in my 2015 Deluxe for a 2021 Freewheeler. I know I’ll miss my Deluxe but with a bit of a hip issue I just want to be safe and not worry about dropping my bike. I am looking forward to learning everything about riding a Freewheeler and what handlebars (14 or 16” apes) would be best to give me less of a reach and a more relaxed riding position. All helpful comments are appreciated! Denice

Hi Denise, :welcome: to Trike Talk

Congrats on your Freewheeler

Before you change you handle bars, stop by your dealer and ask them if you can demo a reach seat, it will move you 1 1/2 inches closer to your bars
