Currently I look straight at the top edge of my windshield on my Ultra Classic trike. Either have to look over it or thru it. Harley's 10" windsplitter should be perfect, looks good and might deflect more wind off of my passenger. Harley also has a 15" which I would look thru and surely this would keep more wind off of my co-rider. Could use some info!

I personally like to look through my windshield. Some people like to look over it. Whatever comes stock is what I have and I like it! Not sure bout the other one your considering...

I agree. I like looking thru and went with a LRS 15 inch windshield ..It helps take the wind up and over the passenger that sits higher than the driver.
Passenger is much happier ..:D
More personel preference as other like to look over the windshield

I use an F4 15" windshield in the winter at 6'2" and 300lbs I look thru it 50+ mph the rain beads off plus I can clean it with anything and not worry about spidering. Summertime I use F4 10" and look over it

This works for me and co-rider; if you do not have a co-rider riding it is so easy to remove... http://www.triketalk.com/forum/gener...olution-16772/

I have the 10" Windsplitter and love it, I'm 6'1" and my preference is to look over, did close to 600 miles in the rain recently and it worked well...

I have always liked to look through the windshield. It protects me from road debris/bugs & rain since I ride with a 3/4 helmet and only use the face shield when it is raining.

I've always like to look through, I had one Clearview I looked over and hated it due to terrible buffeting, the wife didn't like getting smacked around by the wind either.

Good opinions... guess I've always liked looking thru the windshield also so went with the LRS 14 which gives me 2 inches over stock. Should work. Tks Huel

You have to becarefull certain things can ruin a windshield..Please follow manufacturers recommendations on cleaning..Not all windshields are the same..

I've rode Harley's most of my adult life. I rode a lot with out a wind screen at all for yrs. Then bought a Brand New bagger from Cement City Harley-Davidson. I sort of liked it. But hated looking thru rain drops twice ! Once has they roll up the windscreen and 2nd when they roll down the inside. SO I bought a 6 inch one and been happy with it even since. Not that it's for everyone . BUT it works great for me.ThumbUp
