Harley Trike n Trailer

Way cool but I wonder if the engine is up to the task. Even a "built" motor is going to be straining unless this is just a parade rig (which would make the kids all smile when they saw it). I like it.

I wonder how it's registered – is it really a trike? In MN (and I believe most states) a motorcycle is something with two or three wheels. This machine has four wheels, which would make it considered an auto in most states. It certainly is cute but would be a real 'brain-teaser' to figure out how to register it.

It was built by a friend of mine here at Huntsville, AL. Best I know about it is he kept it registered with the original HD paperwork which was OK since it was never driven on the streets much. He told me it was built with the idea in mind of it being a promotional item to be contracted to HD dealers for display from time to time and as a parade vehicle as well. He had a fully enclosed trailer that ir resides in for transport. I forget the year of the HD but the vehicle was built during the 90's. Last I heard he sold it a fewyears ago (don't know where it went).

He is a highly skilled fabricator who did some excellent trike fairing and component design work for my trike business.

4 Wheels, It must meet all federal standers, It can't be registerd in any State[legally] there are ways you can till you get caught!! But i think the op said it was a show vehicle not for street.
