Harley 2019 Trike Lawsuit

Even though the software has supposedly been fixed I ALWAYS disable traction control when I ride. I just wish there was a setting so that I don't have to turn it off every time I start the bike.
I do the same since I heard about his last accident. I agree it is painful to have to turn it off every time you start the motorcycle.

Yes. That helps.
But in addition, the case exposed issues with the hardware-namely defective wheel speed sensors and wire harnesses.
Be safe out there

on my 2020 I had the right rear wheel lock up two times, almost rear ended the car in front of me jamb on the brake the right rear locked up and it spun me away from the car. second time I was following a car doing about sixty mph the lady just stopped I jamb on the rear brake it spun the trike to the right I went down about a 15foot embankment I was lucky it stayed upright. I unplugged the rear ABS sensors, Traded it a month later. Imagine the shit this guy has been through, and here's Harley screwing him over, Harley will appeal this till he Dies ! Then they give Million's to the Alphabet People.

Something caught my eye in that article describing the suit. "Morris took the motorcycle to be repaired. He got it back May 10, 2019. The repairs cost $25,000, the suit said."
The repairs cost $25,000!!! That's totaled. Why would you repair and not replace? Then, apparently, while he was riding the repaired trike he had the brake lock up malfunction happen again. I love my '21 Freewheeler, but I would not have ever trusted that vehicle again after the first time.

First I’ve heard of the incident. My 2012 Tri Glide has Abs. It doesn’t have traction control or much of the other black box tech found on newer models.
