Happy Thanksgiving

Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. This has been a tough year for many of us for many reasons. For me, now is the time I reflect on those things in life to be thankful for. Being part of this TT family and meeting some of you in person are among those. Ride safe. Be safe..... Jim

I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving, it's going to be quiet for us this year, no company or our kids around. We are cooking a 10 # bird with the fixins for the two of us, we expect lots of leftovers, LOL. We're getting ready to wet brine the turkey for an overnight rest and then in the oven later tomorrow, was going to put it in the smoker but the weatherheads are saying 20-25 mph winds tomorrow and that won't work too well.
